Alacia Armstrong
Founder & CEO
Alacia combines her background as a scientist with the perspective of an anthropologist to bring a unique lens to science translation and storytelling. She holds dual MSc degrees in Biotechnology and Technology Management, which help her understand complex scientific topics and the researchers behind them. This enables her to translate complexity into engaging and accessible narratives. As a published poet, she brings additional storytelling expertise to her scientific communication work.
Fern Waddilove
Creative Design
Fern is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in interior design and a passion for visual storytelling. At Wonder & Co, she supports visual communications, brand design, and the development of marketing materials. Her work spans digital and print design, illustration, product development, and emerging web tools.
Thabo Ndlovu
Tech Lead
Thabo Ndlovu is a senior software developer who leads all things tech at Wonder & Co. From building websites to supporting product development and solving complex challenges, he brings clarity, structure, and calm to every project. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of digital systems, Thabo helps creative ideas come to life through thoughtful, collaborative execution. Outside of work, he finds quiet creative expression through drawing.
