The Cascading Climate and Health Risks in African cities (CASCADE) project is centered on improving the lives of African people by deepening understanding and supporting impactful, practical responses to these challenges.
We have supported CASCADE since inception, developing an integrated communication strategy that evolves in tandem with the project’s work. Our role has been comprehensive, covering communications, design and creative consulting, shaping the brand and stories in addition to linking data with the people, cities and research at the heart of the project.

The Heat and Health African Transdisciplinary (HE²AT) Center is a US NIH-funded initiative focuses on addressing the health impacts of heat and climate change through innovative, data-driven research and interventions.
HE²AT communication strategies and impact storytelling lead by Wonder & Co, in collaboration with the Center’s Training and Engagement Core, supports its aim to showcase African excellence, impact and innovation in data science to mitigate the growing health threats posed by rising global temperatures.
